We have stand up desks at work. I got a balance disc first but realized I sort of liked the idea of spinning and working my core a little more. This has been great...when I am stuck on hold or working I pull this out to use. It's fairly quiet and sturdy. It does tend to slide a little (rotate really) but if I position my feet right it doesn't do it so much. (and could probably put some no-skid on the bottom). My coworkers are now fascinated. I suspect you will see a few more sales from my friends! May need a second one for home.

I came across with this Ab twister to use for indoor exercise and I found this one as a good addition to our indoor exercise equipment. This is no brainer, it is easy to use. It is made of solid plastic and well constructed. It also has built in foot massager and it adds good value to it.
Overall, it is effective and great for home and office use. Best use of this is after you eat meals.

I am really enjoying this waist trimming exerciser. I don't have great balance. Not because I'm over 60, I've never been super balanced. But, if I lightly hold on to a chair or door frame, I can get a really good workout on the muffin top I'm fighting! It feels sturdy and spins smoothly. I usually wear my athletic shoes, so I don't use the accupressure points and magnets at this point. All and all, I'm very pleased with it.

I have used this for months now. I am enjoying it very much and it's an easy low impact. I do hold on to something as I am a SENIOR . Wear shoes or go barefoot - for gripping device. It looks scary but IF YOU HOLD ON - it can be fun. For younger people who are great with balance, it would be a blast !
