Once you break the habit of reaching for a cigarette or vaporizer, these kill the craving. And it’s constant, so when wearing them you don’t get the cravings. Some advice after trying all the patches on the market—-buy some clear medical tape to hold them on. All of them will come off after a few hours after use without tape.
